So, I recently went vegetarian, but I previously was vegan, pescatarian, paleo diet. I have tried it all, however my main goal is to be healthy. I won’t lie my family and I enjoy meat in fact we crave it at times. When I heard about the Beyond Meat I was interested and heard it replicated meat well. When Burger King advertise the impossible burger which the patty is made by Impossible, I had to try it. I will tell you my opinion of the impossible burger later in the article but let’s discuss what is in this beyond meat and Impossible that makes your brain feel like it’s meat.
